All Packages Include:
- Access to the facility from 8am to 11pm.
- Set up of tables and chairs by design.
- Basic clean up after event.
- Parking Attendant.
- Host Staff for general support throughout the event.
- Included will be the Bride and Groom’s dressing room.
- Choice of ceremony sites
- Use of Pavilion with oak church pews additional seating if needed.
- Chairs for 200+ guest in the main venue
- 25 – 60-inch Round tables
- 4 – 8-foot Farmhouse tables
- 24-foot Cypress serving table
- 12-foot Custom Bar
- Air Conditioned and Heated Venue
- Large Covered Patio with outdoor fireplace
- Modern Prep Kitchen (includes ice)
- Use of Venue for Engagement, Save the Date and Bridal photos
- Use of Antique tractor, wagon and farm equipment for photos/decorations
- Handicap Accessible Public Restrooms
- Bartender and Security Guard are required for the use of alcoholic beverages provided by the Venue at additional cost.
- Event Insurance is required for all events.
- We can assist you with a list of caters or you can provide your own.
